About MyPaducah
The MyPaducah app and online portal enhances the public’s experience by providing more ways to request a service, report issues, or ask a question. MyPaducah is not for emergencies. Call 9-1-1 for emergency situations.
To create this MyPaducah experience, Paducah has partnered with SeeClickFix through CivicPlus. This is a solution that empowers residents to report quality-of-life issues and request government services and facilitate real-time communication. After an issue is submitted, the team will assign issues to the appropriate department or service, track response time, and evaluate repeating repairs as a tracking tool. Users who register for an account will receive email updates, push notifications, and can return to this page to check the status of submitted issues. When the issue is resolved, citizens are notified, and the issue will be closed. Then, we hope you say, “I Love My Paducah!”
Benefits of Creating an Account
Registering for an account allows for email updates, push notifications, and an efficient way for staff to gather more information, if necessary. Once a service request is entered, a tracking number will be provided which can be used for reference.

What Should be Reported through MyPaducah?
Request types that can be submitted through MyPaducah include
- Solid Waste – brush pickup, bulk item pickup, missed trash, trash/recycle bin replacement
- Code Violations – report unsafe, dilapidated, or abandoned buildings; report abandoned vehicles; report overgrown yard or yard debris
- Streets – road maintenance and obstructions, alley maintenance
- Park Maintenance Requests – city park maintenance requests, Oak Grove Cemetery maintenance request
- General Inquiries – all other questions and requests

Download the app (Apple App Store or Google Play) for easy submissions while you're out and around the city. Photos are encouraged. Register for an account and allow push notifications for the best experience which includes email updates.
Important Notes
- Please make sure the address provided is the location of the issue being reported.
- Submitting multiple requests on the same issue will not expedite services and can potentially delay repair.
- Please note that some issues may be more complicated than they appear. The cause and solution may involve multiple departments or outside organizations and take longer than anticipated.
- MyPaducah is monitored during regular City Hall business hours. Requests placed over weekends or holidays may not be addressed until the following official business day.
